- How The Process Works
We come to your place to inspect the enclosure within 2 days of your call. We help you choose the screen type and send a detailed quote within 1hr.

FREE ESTIMATE
After you approve the quote, we request a deposit only if the job is over $3500. After the deposit is paid, we schedule the job for a day that is convenient for you. Jobs under $3500 don’t require a deposit.

Deposit & scheduling
On the scheduled day, we call you before we arrive. Once on the property, we remove all old screen and install new screen on the walls and roof, and we replace the door kits.

We check everything together with you and answer any questions.

Faq
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 5-year warranty on both the workmanship and the screens we install.This warranty covers any installation issues, loose panels, or defects in the material. Hurricane and Storms is not covered.

Do I need to be home during the work?
No, you don’t need to be home. We only need access to the pool cage area from the outside. As long as the enclosure is unlocked and pets are secured, we can complete the job without you being present. You pay only when job is done.

Do you require a deposit?
For projects under $3500, no deposit is required. We request a deposit only for jobs over $3500. Once the deposit is received, we schedule the work for the day that is most convenient for you.

What payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle, cash, checks and credit/debit cards. Card payments include a 3.5% processing fee. After each payment, we provide a detailed invoice for your records.

Do you work on weekends?
Yes, we work on weekends and all holidays and even can schedule work at any time of day or night but it's an additional fee. The extra fee depends on the time and the specific day.

How long does the job take?
Most full rescreening jobs are completed within 1–2 days, depending on the size and height of the enclosure. Larger or double-height cages may require a bit more time, but we always let you know the exact schedule before we start.
